It's the first tomato soup I've made and my two daughters helped. I did not add the sherry, but put a tiny bit (a teaspoon or less) in the bottom of my mug before my serving of soup. Uggh...I don't like food with wine or liquor in it. Without the sherry, it's delicious tomato soup.
