THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

1/4 pounds smoked bacon
1 lb. pork sausage
4 tablespoons butter
1 small onion chopped
2 tablespoons garlic minced
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 chicken bouillon cubes -ground
1 teaspoon dry Thyme
1 teaspoon dry Sage
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
parsley chopped
green onion -thin sliced
salt
pepper
