蛋糕体
A料:蛋清55克,玉米油55克,牛奶95克
B料:低粉100克,抹茶粉5克,泡打粉2克(可忽略)
C料:蛋清200克,细砂糖120克,塔塔粉2克(可用白醋或柠檬汁代替)

奶酪馅:奶油奶酪200克,细砂糖60克,淡奶油100克
