涼拌雞絲粉皮

在炎熱的天氣底下,一道富有中國地道特色的涼拌粉來得特別消暑。而眾多材料配搭和做法之中最受歡迎的一直都是今天這道涼拌雞絲粉皮,這道菜以青瓜和雞絲作配菜,拌上香滑的花生醬,不但別有風味而且更加是夏天的消暑佳品呢。

Ingredients: 

拌雞絲粉皮食譜材料
一包粉皮(一般在citysuper之類的超市比較容易找到,今次在惠康購買)

2-3片雞胸肉

1個日本小青瓜

花生拌醬配料:

3湯匙花生醬

1湯匙豉油

1/2茶匙鹽

1/2茶匙砂糖

適量麻油

1湯匙熱水

雞肉醃料:

2湯匙豉油

1湯匙紹興酒

適量鹽和胡椒
