2 c. cooked and chopped skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
2 c. chopped tomato
½ a red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. sliced fresh basil
2 15 ½ oz. cans white beans, rinsed and drained

Basic Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
