The crust only has coconut, coconut sugar and butter while the filling is only chocolate and coconut milk. It’s crazy how easy it is to make and that it actually works and comes together to create a rich, yet light chocolate pie.

2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup butter (or coconut oil for Vegan)
1 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
10 oz dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand are considered Paleo and Vegan)
