Adam Dachis’ Guacamole


2 avocados (ripe, of course), 1/2 medium tomato, 1/2 red onion, 1-2 jalapeño or serrano peppers (depending on how spicy you want it), 1tbsp. of fresh lime juice (don't buy lime juice, buy a lime!), 2 tsp. of FRESH minced garlic, 1 tsp. of sea salt (Maldon's the winner), and some chili/black pepper for extra spice if desired.
