Albondigas Spanish meatballs

Notes: 

Albondigas are Spanish meatballs in a garlic tomato sauce. They are delicious to eat with some bread, as a tapa or appetizer. So delicious!

Ingredients: 

MEATBALLS:
200g beef mince
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
garlic 1 clove, crushed
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon grounded cilantro
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil
TOMATO SAUCE:
3 tomatoes chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove
smoked paprika pinch
2 tablespoons olive oil
