Almond Mango with Snow Fungus

Ingredients: 

1个干银耳
2个芒果
5g杏仁
30g冰糖
40ml米酒汁


1)银耳提前泡发撕小块,再把所有的食材准备好。 2)杏仁加入少许水浸泡。 3)再放入微波炉中高火1分钟。 4)然后再把杏仁和冰糖放入汤锅中加入适量的清水煮开,煮至冰糖融化冷凉即好。 5)芒果去皮切小丁。 6)把泡发好的银耳撕小块后放入炖盅中。 7)再把芒果丁放入,加入煮好冷凉的杏仁水。 8)再加入米酒汁,至炖盅8分满即好。 9)炖盅入蒸锅大火蒸至30分钟即好。
