Amish Quick and Easy Breakfast Casserole


4 oz Portugese Sweet Bread
8 oz Hatfield Scrapple
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 cup Milk, 1%
1 tsp 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (by SOFTTHUNDER)
1 tsp Salt
1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat

  1. Tear bread into pieces, put in baking dish.
  2. Brown scrapple and put over bread.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over scrapple.
  4. Mix eggs, milk, mustartd, salt and pepper together.
  5. Pour over rest of ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
