Ingredients:

½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups finely chopped apples
1 cup dairy sour cream

T o p p i n g
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
NOTE: I use double the recipe for the topping.
Mix all ingredients together
