4 Large granny smith apples peeled and cored
Zest 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Sugar
125g butter
1/2 caster sugar plus 1 Tbsp
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of strawberries
2 Tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
