Apricot Cake

Ingredients: 

1 cup chopped Central Otago apricots (cover with cold water and leave to absorb - at least 1 hour/can be overnight

100 grams butter
1 cup raw sugar
1 size 7 egg
1 cup plain flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
half cup of chopped walnuts
1 teasp baking soda dissolved in half cup of milk
1 tablespoon orange juice and rind

ICING:
25O grams cream cheese
100 grams softened butter
half cup icing sugar (add more for desired consistency)
1 tablespoon orange juice and rind
