3 1/4 cups Flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter

1 cup diced dried apricots (or Rasins)

1 large egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk
