Juice from ½ lemon (approximately 3 tablespoons)
½ cup raw walnuts
3 tablespoons raw, hulled sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
200 grams pitted medjool dates (approximately 13)
100 grams dried apricots (approximately 20)
3 tablespoons lucuma powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Pinch sea salt
