Ingredients (makes about 24-30):

3 eggs

130g sugar

200g plain/cream flour

10g baking powder

Zest of 1 orange

75ml freshly squeezed orange juice

2 tbsp cream (you can use milk)

200g butter melted and cooled

5-6 apricots finely sliced
