Apricot-Pineapple Jam


This jam is simply delicious...it’s one of my favorites! The recipe uses dried and canned fruit, so you can make it year ’round. Spoon it over vanilla ice cream for a real treat.


12-oz. pkg. dried apricots
1 c. water
20-oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. orange juice
3 c. sugar
5 1/2-pint freezer containers and lids, sterilized
