Asian Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients: 

10 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee hoisin sauce
5 tablespoons rice vinegar (not seasoned)
2 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 cup minced shallot
4 tablespoons Huy Fong Vietnamese Chili Garlic Sauce
2 teaspoons ginger powder
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
1/2 cup brown sugar


  1. Add all ingredients except sugar to saucepan
  2. Mix while bringing to a simmer over medium heat
  3. Stir in sugar and thicken sauce for 6 to 8 minutes
