Asian Tempeh and Sugar Snaps


Serves 4-5


-2 Tbsp. olive oil
-1 (8 oz.) package tempeh, cubed
-1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced into 1-inch strips
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 1/2 cups sugar snap pieces, cut into 1-inch pieces
-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
-1 1/2 Tbsp. hoison sauce
-2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
-1/3 packed cup cilantro, roughly chopped
-1 cup brown rice
