1/2 POUND (8 OUNCES) THIN SPAGHETTI (PREFERABLY WHOLE GRAIN)
1 TABLESPOON UNSALTED BUTTER
2 TABLESPOONS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 14 1/2-OUNCE CAN CHICKEN BROTH (OR VEGETABLE)
4 OUNCES GOAT CHEESE (PREFERABLY FLAVORED WITH HERBS OR GARLIC)
1 TEASPOON GRATED LEMON PEEL
1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
