Autumn pumpkin puree soup


A seasonal recipe for cozy evenings


A medium pumpkin
One big or two small sweet potatoes
1 can of coconut milk (or 1.5 if you want to have more liquid consistence)
50 g ginger
2 cloves garlic

  1. Put all the ingredients expept for coc milk into a big pan or a slow cooker
  2. Add salt by taste
  3. Stew for 30 min
  4. Add coconut milk
  5. Stew for 10 minuted
  6. Blend upntil creamy
  7. Add seeds or chili oil
