1 c pumpkin puree, left to strain for a few hours
1/2 c milk
1/2 c maple syrup
1/4 t salt
1/4 t sinnamon
dash ginger
dash nutmeg
9 inch unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs, Add sugar, pumpkin, milk, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, blending well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375 50-60 mins until browned, do not overbake. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
