1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
4 slices of bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 1 2/ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
20 egg roll wrappers (mine were 5"x5")
oil for frying

This is a great appetizer. I would add more cheese next time, there's no reason for it to NOT ooze cheese.
Also, make sure that you "seal" your egg roll when making, so that the hot oil doesn't get inside....rookie mistake!
