The chicken produces so much fat that next time I will use two heads of cauliflower to soak it all up. I also threw in some frozen peas for the last 10-15 minutes, which was yummy. The leftovers tasted good with curry powder and garam masala.

1 bulb Garlic (10-15 Cloves)
