40g porridge oats (my portion size)
Water/almond milk/semi-skimmed milk (whichever you prefer)
An apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon stevia
1 tablespoon Linwood's Chia Seeds
Handful of blueberries
Drizzle of agave syrup
