Baked Chicken With Roasted Tomatillo Cream Sauce

1/2 pound tomatillos, husked and rinsed
2 large cloves garlic, peeled
2 serrano chiles, stemmed (or to taste)
1/3 cup loosely packed cilantro, plus more for garnish
salt to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

Made this for dinner. Great flavor. I used Half/Half instead of heavy cream. Also keep an eye while in the oven and don't overcook. The sauce reduces nicely.
