Baked Crab Rangoon

Notes: 

-suggestion to make these using a mini muffin pan to avoid the trouble of trying to get the air out of the wrappers

Ingredients: 

2 tablespoons sour cream (light is fine)
8 oz cream cheese, softened (I used reduced fat)
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup crab meat, drained
wonton wrappers
