1 whole wheel of brie cheese (roughly 8 ounces)
1/4 cup fresh cranberry sauce
1 egg wash
Roll out the puff pastry to 1/4-inch thick.
Place the brie in the center of the pastry, then spread the cranberry sauce on top of the cheese.
Fold the ends of the pastry over the cheese and crimp to secure it in a little package.
Brush some of the egg wash over the outside of pastry.
Bake the brie in a baking dish for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
