Baked Fish and Vegetable Parcels

1 piece of your choice of fish (we used Nile Perch which are big pieces of fish as we wanted some left over for lunch tomorrow!)
1/2 Zucchini, halved lengthways then
1 x large Flat Mushroom
4 x Cherry Tomatoes
1 x teaspoon crushed Garlic
1 x teaspoon crushed Ginger
Tabasco Sauce to your taste
Drizzle of Soy Sauce
Juice of 1/2 x Fresh Lime
1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
1/4 bunch Flat Leaf Parsley leaves
Lemon Wedges, coriander and parsley leaves to serve
