Baked Lemon Donuts with Raspberry Glaze and Pistachios

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp (30 g) butter
1 cup (120 g) flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ cup (60 g) sugar
1 egg
½ cup (120 ml) milk
2 tsp lemon juice
for the glaze:
handful of raspberries
about 1 cup (125 g) powdered/icing sugar
for sprinkling: 1 tbsp lemon zest or 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
extra: fine mesh sieve + baking pan for donuts, greased
