Baked Pork Rib with Pineapple

1.5 lb pork rib
1 can of pineapple
1 T honey
1 large piece of foil

1 t salt
2 t light soy sauce
1 t sugar
2 t corn-starch
some pepper

1. Rinse and dry pork rib, cut it into pieces about 2 inch long.  Add in marinade and let it stay for 15 minutes.  Add in pineapple and honey to stir well. 2. Use foil to wrap pork rib, make sure it well-packed.  Put pork rib into a pre-heated oven, bake it with 250 degree C for 30 minutes or until done.   Serve hot in a plate.
