Heat an oven to 180*C and grease small baking forms. In a medium bowl mix ricotta, egg, brown sugar and vanilla extract and, when all ingredients are well combined, divide it between 2 forms. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until nicely golden. Take baked ricotta out of the oven, leave for 2 minutes and then ptransfer on a plate.
Serve with figs and honey or strawberries and honey or any other fruits you like. You can also add a piece of brioche.
