Baked Tofu Sandwich

press tofu, preferably overnight, or at least for a few hours
slice into 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick strips


1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons mirin
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
fresh cracked pepper to taste
