Banana Nutella Muffin Recipe:
2 cups coconut flour
1 ts baking soda
1 egg
2 ts vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped almonds
3 bananas
2 tb honey (and maybe a dollop more for good measure)
1/4 cup coconut oil
Nutella (I used the proper stuff but feel free to make your own... OR use some peanut butter/almond butter!)
