1 Cup oats
2 bananas, chopped
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp baking powder
In a blender purée milk and oats until smooth. Add bananas 1/2 tsp kosher salt and baking powder. Purée for a few seconds more. Let batter rest 10 minutes.
Cook over medium heat on nonstick pan. Makes 8 pancakes.
