Banana Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie


Used Almond butter, 1 tablespoon agave nectar, and a pinch of salt. Served over ice.


1 large banana, ripe
6 ounces soft tofu (about 1/2 of a tofu block)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons rolled or old fashioned oats
3/4 cup to 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or almond milk (regular milk will also work)
Ice, optional
