Banana Peanut Butter Weight Loss Smoothie

Ingredients: 

¼ cup oat flakes
¼ cup of water
1 cup of milk
1 large ripe banana, peeled and cut in three
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter without sugar or salt, or almond butter
2 teaspoon honey, or to taste
¼ - ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 ice cubes (optional)
