Banana Walnut Muffins


1 ½ cups all-purpose flour* (7 oz)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ cup ground flax seed
1 cup ripe mashed bananas (about 3-4 bananas)
½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup of chopped walnuts
¾ cup white sugar
Cooking spray
*try whole wheat flour for an even healthier muffin
