Some reviews:
Great simple recipe. I agree with everyone else, the flour mixture needs to be doubled. Moist and tasty chicken!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this recipe also-we used chicken tender strips which cut the time in half! A little less butter though in the bottom I thought, but definetly a great taste!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe. Next time I will use more bisquick and pepper mixture. It wasn't enough to coat 4 breasts. The chicken was moist and juicy. Very flavorful. At first I was a little worried because it didn't smell too good while cooking, but it was very tasty after all. I even had some for lunch today !

Changes I would suggest is make more Bisquick and pepper mixture to begin with. It's not enough to fully coat 4 chicken breasts. Also, you will need more barbeque sauce to make it moist enough. It's a great fix it, put it in the oven and forget it recipe. Will definately make it again. Also, I used Mozzarella cheese because we like the "stringy" effect!
