1/2 quantity of flavour base
1 cup thick Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chopped mint
prepared jacket potatoes and green salad, to serve
FLAVOUR BASE
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 ground ginger
1/2 ground cinnamon
finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
Preheat a barbecue hotplate to medium-high. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes, on each side, or until done to your liking.
Meanwhile, combine flavour base with yogurt and mint, then stir to combine. Serve lamb with jacket potatoes, salad and yogurt dressing.
