Ingredients: 

Onion - 1 large
Savoy Cabbage - 1 medium head
Almond Butter - 3 heaping tbsp
Coconut Cream - 3/4 cup
Curry Powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder - to taste
Chili flakes - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp


  1. Heat the coconut oil in a wok or skillet and thinly slice your onion in the mean time.
  2. Fry the sliced onions over medium heat until translucent, stir occasionally.
  3. While the onions are cooking, cut the cabbage in quarters, discard the core and slice into thin ribbons.
  4. Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for approx. 1 minute until it starts to wilt.
  5. Stir in the almond butter, coconut cream and spices and stir-fry for another 5-8 minutes until the cabbage is soft and creamy. Don't over-cook it, otherwise it'll become dry instead of creamy.
  6. Serve with protein of your choice and enjoy!
