BB Steel Cut Oats

3 cups Steel Cut Old Fashioned Oats (not quick oats)
1/2 cup Almond flour or lightly crushed almonds
1/2 cup Ground flax seed
1 1/2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/4 cup Unsweetened natural applesauce
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Dried fruit of your choice
A Note on Granola Bar Nutrition

Mix oatmeal, almond flour, flax, spices and salt together in one bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the sugar, pumpkin, applesauce, honey, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix.
Add chocolate chips and dried fruit and stir.
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Note: A jelly roll pan could be used as well for thinner bars, just fill about 3/4 of the pan.
Press batter into pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Once done, cut bars and remove from pan to cool.
