BBQ Tofu Corn Kale Ranch Salad

Ingredients: 

Salad Veggies:
1 bunch of organic kale
1 cup corn
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, grated
BBQ Tofu:
1 package House Foods Tofu, firm or extra-firm
1/2 cup vegan BBQ sauce
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Ranch Dressing:
1 package House Foods Tofu, soft
2 Tbsp vegan mayo
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
3/4 tsp celery seed
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne (optional for a bit of heat)
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley or chives (optional)
**Feel free to add larger doses of the spices if you like a bolder ranch flavor
Also: Vegan Parmesan Cheese
1 cup blue corn chips, crushed
