Beef on Buns

Ingredients: 

4 lbs roast (with string around it)
1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
1 can (10.5) condensed french onion soup
1 can/bottle of beer


  1. Trim the excess fat from the roast and place in the crock pot.
  2. Add broth, soup, beer; cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
  3. Serve on potato buns.
