Beef Burger

Ingredients: 

150g of lean Minced beef
a slice of Chopped Onion
a couple of wide rings of Onion, halved
a touch of Tomato Paste
a drop of Worcestershire Sauce
a Burger Bun (cut in half)
Olive Oil
Salt and Spices to taste


  1. Carefully fold the chopped onion, spices, paste and worcestershire sauce into the mince
  2. Mould the mince into a patty about 1.8cm thick
  3. Place patty and onion slices onto frying pan with olive oil
  4. Allow to cook for 3-4min and then flip for another 3-4min
  5. Drizzle a little oil on the buns and place them on the pan as well—allow to cook for 1-2min
  6. Assemble burger on bun with lettuce, tomato, ghurkin, ketchup and the fried onion slices
