Beef Paprikash

Ingredients: 

Enough for 2
2 beef shins – bone in, don’t leave the shop without the bone!!
100 grams of baby carrots, skinned and topped
1 full sweep red pepper stripped
1 medium heat chill chopped
1 red onion sliced
4 cloves garlic roughly chopped
4 tbs sweet or smoked paprika (I have a Hungarian connection, gets me the good stuff)
1 carton chopped tomatoes
200mils beef stock
Glass of red wine (optional)
Salt and pepper
