Beef Ribs need to be worked with well before they even see the heat – before you start thinking about flavourings etc you need to trim the excess fat off the ribs – there’s quite a bit so get a really sharp knife and go to work.e...


4-6 beef ribs for 2 people who are hungry.
Olive oil
6 cloves of garlic peeled
2 big bunches of thyme
1/2 bottle red wine
500mls chicken stock
Carton of chopped tomatoes
1 roughly chopped carrot and onion
