Crust-
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
Filling-
2 ½ lbs cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 ½ cups sugar
5 extra large eggs (at room temperature)
2 extra-large egg yolks (at room temperature)
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Fresh Berry Topping-
1 cup strawberry jelly
½ pint fresh strawberries (sliced)
½ pint fresh raspberries
½ pint fresh blueberries
