½ cup + 2 tbsp raw cashews
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
1/16 tsp white pepper
1 + ¾ cups nondairy milk
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup canola oil
2 tbsp light (yellow or white) miso paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
6-8oz pasta, cooked (use gluten-free if needed)
1 tsp truffle oil (optional, but highly recommended)
