1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or 1/4 tsp each black and cayenne pepper for a little spice)
1 teaspoon each: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin
1 teaspoon prepared yellow or dijon mustard
Olive oil
2 pork tenderloins or 1 pork loin roast (2-3 pounds or 1-1.5 kg meat total)
fresh garlic cloves, quartered so they’re long and thin (as many as you want)
